What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We talk to customers to learn of their issues, then schedule a date and time that's convenient for them, with most repairs being resolved in one visit. We’ll leave the site cleaner than when we found it. Before wrapping up for the day, we’ll talk you through the services we provided and answer any questions you might have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently I repaired a door who was repeatedly told by several others it should be replaced. I saved the customer a lot of money and he was very please his original door is working.
