What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very transparent when it comes to pricing. A basic service call price is $89 an hour. As far as other repairs and jobs, it will vary depending on the door and details, we are happy to get free estimates to our customers for the work they are looking to get done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Make contact with the customer to evaluate what they are wanting or needing for the service. We would then schedule a time to meet with the customer either on the property or virtually. Then we can get some estimates for the customer for the job.

We have 16+ years working in the industry repairing, installing, and replacing residential and commercial garage doors.
