I worked for other garage door businesses for over 5 years and learned that they are expect an upsale and want the job done as quickly as possible. My price is lower than most because, because it's just me and my truck. No employees, owners or buildings.

Find out the problem, and get it fixed as soon as possible for a fair price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a business administration degree and a general contractors license .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I like to work with my hands, fix things and save the day. Garage Doors was a perfect match.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. My favorite customers are people like me that need fair price.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Spring changes are my favorite. I get to save the day, and it takes less than an hour usually.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Watch out for companies that pay their employees on commission. Get a second opinion to make sure you are getting a fair price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you want your door to be insulated? Do you want windows? How soon do you need it?
