We take care of all out customers and offer them the most competitive prices in San Antonio.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask them about the issue they’re encountering with their garage door. I ask them what type what type of garage door they have and what type of garage door opener.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a good experience in construction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

During college summers I would work with my father to make some extra money. Seeing how happy and excited customers were after repairing their garage doors made me love this line of work and I eventually ended up running the family business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers from all walks of life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I arrived to a customer who had their door off-track and in very bad shape. It took me about an hour to get it fixed because the door was completely off track and the rails were very bent.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a company that’s trustworthy and honest.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of garage door do you have: is it a single or double garage door? Is your garage door made of aluminum, wood, steel or vinyl? What type of garage door opener do you have... is it Lift Master, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, etc,?
