We offer a 10% to all Military personnel, Senior Citizens, and Healthcare workers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are happy to provide over the phone estimates. For a more accurate quote, we will send our technician to assess your door any potential issues that could be affecting the doors most efficient operability. We have appointments available same-day in most cases.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians are Certified Service Advisors with experience in residential repairs and installations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

ProLift Garage Doors is part of the family of Premium Service Brands which provide a variety quality premium home services. Our family has lived in this community for more than 20 years and it is our desire provide a service that is top-notch, dependable and of a premium quality.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We primarily work with residential customers such as homeowners or buyers, renters in need of a new or replacement door, a repair to their existing door, or the installation of a garage door opener. We also work with property management companies and individuals who help homeowners, buyers, or renters to prepare a home for sale or rent.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a customer replace a broken spring which left his vehicle stuck in his garage. He needed help quickly and we were there to take care of it. We arrived, fixed his spring quickly so he can get his car out of the garage and get on to more important things.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you have lived in your home for 10+ years and your garage door has not been serviced, consider a tune-up. It may extend the life of your door and save you money in the long run. Also, consider that cheap is not always the best option. ProLift offers a "Good", "Better", and "Best" approach and we are sure to find options to fit your budget and provide a premium product and service as well.

There are many options for door installations. Aside from color and look of a door, consider what is most important to you. Do you use your door often?
