What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

After all the years of doing this I have seen the worst of people and I strive to show that best of people are out there. All pricing is honest and competitive and I work with all situations to help find a price that they can afford usually beating all my competitors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Get a time and date that works with their schedule and set up a free service call estimate to check out the issue. Same day service is always available.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 14 years experience after multiple training courses and tests given from some of the top most reputable companies in the nation. Liscenses and permits as well as multiple awards for my work ethic

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After operating big rock concrete pumps and working construction for years I was Introduced into the industry and trained by what is now one of the top leading garage door companies in the nation. I wanted a career where I can meet new people everyday while getting the challange to fix different problems and help them get their homes safe and secure.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Just about every type of person you can imagine. Over 14 years 5-6 days a week avg 4 jobs a day, you can see just how many amazing people I have had the pleasure of helping.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have rebuilt and fixed some of the most dangerous condition doors but last week a very sweet elderly lady had a different garage door company out and quote her a ridiculous amount. Luckily she declined and wanted a second opinion and I was able to help her for simple tune up charge. Be careful and feel comfortable with your technician.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask for a free service call estimate and make sure you feel comfortable with the technicians explanation of issue and quote given.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they experienced? How many years have they been working with garage doors? What warranties are given? Can they provide a free estimate?
