Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer a highly competitive price for a job well done. We offer our Police, Firemen and Veterans a discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We would either contact them or vice versa. After a time and date is set up we would come out diagnose the project with a no cost estimate and come to a fair and honest price. If the customer agrees to the price we have all necessary parts on our trucks to get the job done right then.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
All of our Technicians and handy men have an extensive background in all aspects of work being performed. Garage door technicians go through a three month training program that includes classroom and on the job training to ensure they job is done properly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our company started with us doing work for friends and family around DFW. We came to the conclusion we could offer the same great service we give to our friends and family to other customers in the area.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked for personal properties, management companies, large commercial companies and small businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We did a project for an elderly man who was tired of having to get on a ladder to get to his attic. We installed a new attic stair, allowing him to easily access his attic. Job took about 2 hours from start to finish. Its moments like this that makes what we do a great pleasure.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The most important part of hiring any service company is to ensure you are dealing with professionals. Ask about the quality of parts and technicians. Make sure you get full time workers not day laborers. You also want to verify you are getting good name brand parts with solid warranties. If everything checks out then do price comparison to be confident you are not being over charged.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
They need to consider the competence of the company they are hiring first and foremost. If they feel comfortable with the company then they should look into pricing and time frame. Ask about their employees and get a feel for their business practice.
