What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free on-site estimates for all door installations. We offer premium products at affordable pricing. We built the company in an effort to offer the highest value to all our customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You can reach out they schedule a time for our estimators to meet, measure and walk through their options. You will receive an email with all the information on the doors and price. We encourage customers to get a few quotes to make sure they are getting a fair price at the highest value. As soon as they customers decide they put a 50% down to order and 50% down upon completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I personally have spent 7 years learning the door business from management to technician to installer. The door business is a trade and I spent my first 2 years apprenticing doing nothing but doors. I have been through trades school as a union carpenter and have received a journeyman education.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love working with my hands and helping people. We like to say that we are a service company that happens to do doors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with large roofing companies, property management companies, and one on one customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Installing a double car garage door on 10' high ceiling that we converted the track to go all the way to the ceiling and a side mount operator so the whole garage opened up and felt spacious.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get at least 2 quotes. Take advantage of our quote consultation service. Even if you choose not to hire us- give us a call and we can show you the difference in what you are looking at. We can help you make an informed decision.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Who is going to be installing the door? How much experience does he have? How long have you been in business? Do you have any referrals? What is your warranty?
