What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A garage door has many moving parts and can sometimes be challenging diagnosing the garage door issue. Our representative will ask simple information such as name, number, address, details of your loss and the best time for you to allow a technician to come out and inspect the home free of charge, any additional details or photos are welcomed!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 7 years of on field experience and training from IDEA certified technicians and door installers from industry leading companies

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After working with many garage door companies and learning from top technicians in the industry we felt it was time to make our mark in the garage door business by expressing our passion to the community with a mission to provide excellent service, affordability, and options that will resolve your garage door issue one home at a time

Our customers is what keeps us motivated! We work with all kinds of home owners, commercial property owners, home warranty companies, and more. We want your door fixed and will work with you in a time of need!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We do our best to diagnose your issue over the phone or instant message so we can have an idea how to tackle your garage door issues! Questions we ask is, How old is the garage door? Has it ever had maintenance, or had repairs in the past? Is the door creaking or making grinding noises? If your motor wont open the door are you still able to open it by hand? With these questions in mind, we will get a technician out and perform a 360 evaluation and get your garage door back in working condition!
