At D.L. Garage Door Services, we do things a little differently than other overhead door services. While quality work and customer safety are at the top of our list of priorities, we also understand that most people don't want to break the bank just to have a functional garage door. The average installation cost of a single garage door opener is around $250 in New Jersey, give or take. And that usually doesn't include things like a ceiling mount, top-section bracing, etc. Tack on the actual price of the opener, and that's over $500, and in some instances even more! All of that, just to make your garage door go up and down. Like I said, we try to do things a little differently. By taking every opportunity to keep operating costs to a minimum, we then extend those savings on to our customers. Our base-price for a standard-rail garage door opener installation is about $150, excluding additional requirements like mounts, bracing, etc. We like to keep our extension spring replacements from topping $120, and by sourcing our torsion springs from a reliable third party, we are able to provide them for almost $200 less than some other local companies I could name, but won't. The bottom line, is that we work to create a pricing system that works for both us AND the customer, so that every job we do is positive experience for all parties involved.
