What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is competitive and we will always review for price match estimates provided by other licensed contractors in the area. We provide free estimates for new garage doors and repair service fee is deductible when proceeding with the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will always discuss the job with new clients to ensure all of their questions pertaining to the work are answered. We like to ensure you are well informed when making your decision!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in this industry for 15 years and independently owned my company for 13years. We have extensive hands on experience that is passed down to the whole team to ensure that we are able to assist in any of your garage door needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out working with a small company 15 years ago and really enjoyed all of the challenges and learning about the intricacies of the garage door world; whether that be keeping automation current or installing new doors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with many types of customers from small single family homes and HOA's to commercial operation warehouses, including high volume hotels needing specialty parts.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Biggest piece of advise is to always insure you are working with a licensed company that has insurance and experience!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That really depends on the project. If you are doing a new installation we recommend looking around to get an idea of what you like and have a budget in mind. When calling us, you can provide an example and we can help you find what you need and WANT that sticks to your project budget.
