Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We provide upfront and transparent pricing. You will know the cost of the work before anything is done. Discounts are available to active military or veterans, teachers, and seniors. Members on our Advantage program receive discounts on repairs and services that cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We want to be easy to do business with. We need the basic info like any other company...name, address, phone number, email, and a description of work. From there we can provide you with pricing and availability. Our clients receive a booking confirmation via text and email. A reminder email goes out the day before our scheduled appointment. We will also let you know via text when we are on the way. Afterwards, we hope we have provided you a 5-star service and will send a link for you to leave us a review.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have more than 15 years of industry experience with a multitude of training over that timeframe. Training will always be a priority for us as the industry constantly evolves. We are NADCA certified - we would encourage anyone interested in duct cleaning to only hire NADCA certified companies to ensure you do not fall into the scam trap and that the people performing the service know what they are doing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We fell into this work. When Chuck exited the military in 2008 at the height of the recession, he found a company that was willing to train him in the industry. He quickly learned the trade and was NATE certified within a year - still the fastest one in that company to achieve that certification. Over the years he has performed every function in the trade and was leading one of the largest residential HVAC providers in the area when he chose to branch off and pursue his lifelong dream of business ownership.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with all sorts of customers. We do not discriminate. It is important to note that all of our services are paid at the time of service - we do not bill. Therefore, residential customers are who we primarily deal with.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We are fond of most of our projects. We love to interact with our clients and help them out which is why so much of our business comes from referrals. Projects that provide great before and after pictures are always great because it is so easy to see the difference we make.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don't fall victim to the scams. Duct cleaning is full of fly by night companies. HVAC is better but still has some shady characters. If you are interested in duct cleaning, only hire a NADCA certified professional. If you need HVAC services, look at reviews and ensure the contractor is appropriately licensed, bonded, and insured. If you aren't sure about what you are hearing or seeing, feel free to call us and we can help guide you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Timelines and accessibility. Be ready to move forward with a project before reaching out to a professional. It costs a company money each time you reach out to us through a platform such as this. It's OK, and smart, to do your research before committing, but it hurts us when someone has no intention of doing the work anytime soon. For HVAC and duct cleaning providers, it is important that we have access to all of the equipment and/or vents. Having things accessible before we arrives helps the process move along more efficiently, and your technician will thank you for it!
