What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is difficult to quote via the phone before seeing the project and assessing all variables to completing properly. Speaking with customer to get information that could reduce time in chasing down a diagnosis. Fair and honest pricing and being up front with no hidden costs. We offer Military/Veterans and Senior discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We share with each customer who we are and provide top notch service due to our certified technicians continually staying up with the recent training. Our friendly staff beginning in the office to technicians are here to answer questions and take care of all your HVAC needs large or small.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Master Plumber and Journeyman plumbers to the apprentice all are current in training's and certifications. RMGA certified through Dominion Energy. Continuing education when available is a must.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started out as a handyman and moved into specialized trade of HVAC.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Commercial and Residential customers big and small. Have worked with many property management companies, Salt Lake City School District, Tooele and SLC Housing authority as well as many others. We do refrigeration work as well. We look forward to you becoming a part of our companies culture.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When calling a professional make sure you have the information so it can be determined if you are needing emergency service or something that can wait until regular business hours.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customer does not need to know exactly the issue but the more information you can provide is helpful to send the most experienced technician for your issue. Always check the last time filter was changed, batteries in the thermostat some simple quick hints that could save you some money.
