Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
At Homestead Heating & Air Conditioning we believe in doing business the old fashioned, honest way. That means up front pricing every time, so you know exactly how much everything costs before agreeing to anything. We also don't do change orders, meaning the price you agree to is the price you pay. We will never come back to you and ask for more money after the project starts, only if you decide to change the scope of work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We prefer a consultative approach, meaning we work together with you the homeowner to come up with the perfect solution, every time. We care about you and your family and want to make sure you are comfortable with everything before moving forward with any project, large or small.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
With decades of combined experience in the home service industry, we have what it takes to ensure the best customer experience possible, from beginning to end! All of our technicians are licensed, insured, background checked, and drug tested.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Do your research! Cheaper isn't always better. What saves you a few hundred dollars now can end up costing you thousands of dollars later on down the road. Whoever you choose, make sure they're licensed and insured, and put everything in writing prior to starting the work.
