What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We use flat rate pricing which is based off of the national average. You will receive 10% off of repairs when you sign up for our annual maintenance agreement.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We do a complete evaluation of the system, make recommendations on sight, make repairs as needed - per customer request, record data tag information and log onto customer profile. We also record any special notes that you would like us to be aware of such as a gate code, where you would like us to park, etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Several members of our team have been working in the HVAC industry for 20+ years. We also do in house and on sight equipment training sessions with our vendors. Training is also provided by vendors at their business location.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our management group started working in construction trades 40+ years ago. They were taught by their peers and with that knowledge, turned it into a career path to help and serve others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a wide variety of customers such as: - Residential Home Owners, Renters & Landlords, Leasing Companies, Property Management Companies, Commercial Businesses, Coinvent Stores, Restaurants, and MORE!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a project where we took out 5 complete HVAC systems, installed 4 more efficient units along with all new plenums, copper, duct work, and thermostat. The project took us approximately 2 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Things to look for and consider when hiring an HVAC provider would be to check for licensing, consider online reviews, how long they have been in business, shop around for quotes and estimates, ask your friends and family who they use.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Questions to consider would be - What is the lead time, total cost of project, completion time of job, the amount of trust in your chosen provider to do the job right the first time!
