What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do have some standard pricing, although, it really depends on the specific conditions that customer have. For example: 1. Customer might have two identical houses with the same amount of vents or ducts to one furnace, however, one furnace might be in the crawlspace and the second furnace is in a open space, which will be a lot easier to clean. 2. customer replace filter regularly and keeping clean space, and the second customer never did, which will result in a lot more time cleaning. These examples are only couple of issues from many other situations, therefore, there are plenty of reasons why it's hard to determine a standard pricing, and it's best to have Our free On site Estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our customers Love our free on site Estimate process, first step, we will get an idea over the phone what roughly needs to be done, at the Point of time we will quote them with a price that would be more or less targeting the cleaning process that they required, after that we will schedule the appointment for a Later day or sometimes we even have same day Service, when we arrived to the customer we will go over the information that we discussed over the phone, and we'll start our free inspection, will explain to them what needs to be done step-by-step and Make sure that the customer understand the process and how long it take to complete the cleaning process and the exact cost , our customers appreciate our honesty and knowing that the Price that we quote to them '' Will not change'' No bite & switch in this company.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently worked on an individual house with 2 furnaces and over 40 supply vents and 20 returns. It took us around five hours. The customer let us know that he was more than pleased with our services. It was a job that we were proud of and our customer was incredibly happy with the outcome. That's what we shoot for every time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Beware of scams. There are a lot of companies who market themselves as having lower than average pricing, and will end up high pressure selling and increasing the bill while doing sub par work. The job should take an average of 1.5-2 hours for the average single family home.
