What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a $49.00 diagnostic fee for residential and a $89.00 diagnostic fee for commercial. We offer residential Maintenance plans starting at $120.00 per system. Our club members receive a 10% discount in repairs! 5% Discount on new installs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We enjoy meeting new customers, we typically try to meet customers on site for the first time so we can show you what type of customer service we can deliver!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

collectively we have many industry certificates ranging from safety, equipment specific training, NATE certification, Universal EPA, state licensed, and Vocational level certificates for HVAC!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started installing HVAC systems for big box companies, moved to doing service work and wanted to start a business of our own!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types! Variety of needs, budgets, and styles. Residential and Commercial!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have been a part of several large home projects that take several months/ years to complete. We recently wrapped up a 4 year project that got prolonged for multiple reasons. Helping our customer wrap up their punchlist was very fulfilling as they were able to move in!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone honest and ethical. Make sure they offer a warranty on their work!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is my budget? What matters to me? Efficiency? Noise level? Comfort Level?
