Introduction and discussion of services being requested.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Multiple years of hands on experience as well as multiple in class trainings staying up to date on the latest changes of the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Bill (HOME IMPROVEMENTS): I’ve always had a passion from a young age for building and creating things with my hands. Josh (HVAC): Was always more comfortable with hands on work rather then being in a class room. As I entered a Technical High School I realized how important the trades were and immediately grew a passion for the HVAC field and the science behind it. I never looked back since and have dedicated my career to mastering the field the best I can.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Customers from all walks of life with all different wants, needs as well as budgets

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Primary bathroom renovation, customer requested several changes and suggestions to improve the space. We were able to accommodate these needs and wants without much trouble to either party. Took roughly three and a half weeks

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do some research, referrals, reviews. Don’t always go with the lowest bid. Always trust your gut.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Their time frame and budget.
