Free Estimates on New Equipment. Only $85 Diagnostic Fee for repair estimates. HERO's Save Year Around with our Hero Discount! 10% Off on all Repairs and $250 off new equipment for Seniors, Military, Police, Firefighters and Teachers! We Also have financing options available through our partners at Wells Fargo, & Finance of America!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Whether you call us or schedule online, our team will get in touch with you and confirm a service window that works best for you. Our Technicians will provide you a 30 min courtesy call prior to arrival at your home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team takes advantage of regular training offered by our great partners at Trane as well HVAC parts suppliers. These trainings keep our team up to date on Energy Rebates that are available as well as the newest products and technology in the HVAC industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Ryan, your Controlled Comfort owner operator, attended and graduated from HVAC Technical school here in Las Vegas. After working as a Service Technician for 15 Years he decided to open his own business and Controlled Comfort was born!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with both Residential and Commercial Customers. We provide repair service, unit and duct installation and maintenance to all of our customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a job where the customer had us install 3 units at his home. 2 Split Systems and 1 mini-split system. Because there was so much work for one home, the owner was able to meet almost everyone of our technicians and he was also able to talk to almost everyone in the office. From the day we provided the quote till the day the job was complete it only took 3 days. We met with the customer on Monday, he choose us on Tuesday and installed on Wednesday. The whole experience was great for everyone involved.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your diligence and find a company with a good reputation and fair and honest pricing to provide your repairs and installs. Like Us :)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If it's a repair, providing as much information as possible about the problem and your system to insure that the technician can arrive prepared to get your system operating properly. If you are in the market for new equipment, it is good to determine what is most important to you. We offer HVAC systems with affordability, energy efficiency, improved air-flow, or other upgrades and techy features. With that information and information about your current system, we are able to help you select the best equipment for you and for your budget.
