How did you get started doing this type of work?

My background in construction and appliance repair from 2010 to 2016 laid a strong foundation for technical skills and problem-solving. The transition into HVAC felt natural, as it allowed me to bring that experience to a more specialized field. The satisfaction of fixing equipment and improving comfort for customers drew me in, and I’ve been passionate about it ever since.
