I enjoy everything that has to do with plumbing and heating, I specifically enjoy when i get to a job site and I see the customer very mad, stressed and panicked, Once I'm done with the job they are very satisfiedand happy because how I assessed the situation and completed the job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My price varies by job and situation estimates are given before any job is started and also a worse case scenario is given to customers, sometimes there are some scenarios that could have hidden issues in which could not be seen at time of estimate in which in that situation a change order will be given to customer before extra work is completed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process with a new customer always starts with listening to them what are there needs and what do they need done after that I come in with my suggestions on how to make there vision come to life and how to make them happy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

NJ Plumbing license and multiple plumbing & heating certification and have attended to multiple seminars

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Right after high school I attended a 1 year plumbing vocational school I graduated top of my class immediately started to work for a company meanwhile still attending 4 years of plumbing apprenticeship school

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work from the rich and famous to the blue collar to the white collar you name it I have worked for all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There are many projects but there is one in particular that I'm fond of, it is a big office complex in which they had multiple companies out from plumbing engineers to plumbing companies to try and figure out water pressure issues so they called me and I ran up some concussions and numbers and figured out the issue in 1 day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is make sure he has a NJ Plumbing license and verify with state that it is active and dont be afraid to ask questions if contractor is knowledgeable he will know and give good suggestions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should think before calling any plumbing or heating contractor first they should look for a licensed and insured contractor then they should ask following questions. - What distinguishes you from other contractors? - How long will project take? - Do I need any permits? - What's your company's warranty policy? - When and how do I pay you?
