Rylee Home Services is a family-owned and operated business in Central NJ with over 100 years of expertise. We pride ourselves on the quality service, installations, and fair pricing that we offer to ALL of our customers. No bait and switch... ever. Our pricing is up front and MUCH less than a lot of "service" companies that have switched their focus to "sales." Many home service companies are actually owned by big investment firms and private equity groups. Rylee is and always will be family-owned and operated. We perform a wide range of services including heating, cooling, plumbing, and drain maintenance. Rylee is OEM Factory Certified by YORK and Carrier equipment manufacturers, and we service ALL makes and models.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We follow a fair market pricing schedule and won't ask you to pay more just because we believe you can.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We'll ask a few simple questions, go over pricing up front. If you like what you hear, we'll schedule a time that's appropriate for you and help resolve your issue in a timely and professional manner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed and certified to perform all advertised services and perform all of our work in compliance with all State and local code requirements and permitting. Guaranteed!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been in the HVAC and Plumbing industries for over 100 years combined and have probably seen every issue that affects your heat, cooling, and plumbing over the years. All of our technicians are seasoned in their respective trade.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and commercial. We are affiliated with a mechanical firm that services large scale, enterprise type properties, including some major hospitals in the 5 boroughs and Hudson/Bergen counties, oh and a famous memorial near the World Trade Center ;)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently installed 3 units for a family in East Brunswick NJ. The job required some ductwork upgrades also. We were finished with everything including the ductwork in less than 3 days and the customer was left with heat each night during the project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just be diligent and get at LEAST 2 opinions. Some of the companies today are actually owned by big bank type firms and their goal, unfortunately, is to get as much money for their work as possible. Their employees are forced to make quotas, and MANY people are charged WAY too much for simple work because they are trusting, and these companies use strong sales tactics to get the jobs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are your needs? What is a realistic budget for your project? What is your timeline to have the work completed? Is the contractor properly licensed AND insured? Does your gut tell you that you're making a proper choice of company? Usually it will let you know otherwise :D
