This is a good question. The air handler kept blowing hot air no matter what. I knew that's the problem with the control board when the customer told me the symptom. After a quick check to confirm the problem, the customer agreement for the repair. I got the board replaced and it's up and running. The whole job took about 20 mins. Which usually take someone else a couple of hours or days to diagnose, order the part, go back and forth and then get it replaced. I got the right part on hand and doesn't need the second visit.
