What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our service call fee is $95. We will diagnose your problem and provide you with an up front price on your repair. We do offer some discounts for members of our military as well as senior citizens. There are also some coupons on our website.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are excited to welcome new customers at AAA Home Services. Whether you need an appliance repair, plumbing repair, electrical repair or HVAC repair - you can count on our family taking care of your family. Since 1970, we have been serving the St. Louis and St. Charles communities.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All technicians receive on going training from the major manufacturers for their specific trade. The training is completed annually. All technicians are background checked. They are licensed, bonded and insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Jeff the owner started with this AAA in 1975 as a technician. He later purchased the company from the owner in 1982. The company was founded in 1970.
