What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. talk with the customer to assess the problem or a challenge that needs tackling. 2. meet up with the customer and provide a free estimate. 3. Write a Hvac proposal with the price and what will be done. 4. Receive a partial payment and start the Job. 5. After the job is completed, the rest of the payment.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A house in Minneapolis. Our technician was installing a Fraser Johnston system, the Customer was happy to receive not only a discount but a higher efficiency AC system. This was quick to install and only took 2 days to do this full install.

We recommend to look around your area, those who is a qualified to give you advise for any of your challenges.
