What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are based on knowing the prices of the large companies and exactly how to save my customers time and money. I usually charge $59 for a diagnostic fee that is then credited towards the repair should you choose to go ahead with it. Since repairs vary in difficulty, time and solution it is hard to give a standard price for repair.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically I start with a diagnostic fee and let all customers know I will diagnose and quote repair before completing repair should they choose to proceed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

CFC, Load Calculations, Journeyman’s

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started as an installer and technician for Michael and Son services. Worked my way up to the engineering department before going into business for myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All walks of life, nationalities and ages in the DC Maryland Virginia area.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently diagnosed a customer to have a dirty coil and in need of two pounds refrigerant. They were quoted a total 637$ from one of the bigger companies in the area. I performed this work for half the price in under 30 minutes on the hottest day of the year!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Call me! Best advice I can give! My communication skills and professionalism will be a joy for you to work with, trust me!

I would ask what warranty this work covers and if any references are available for review!
