We mostly charge a flat rate for any plumbing and heating repairs and installs. This way we dont charge by the hour regardless of how long it takes us, this is the price we commit to. This way there are no hidden fees, you know exactly what to expect when it comes time to pay the bill. This includes all labor, supplies, special tools, training & licensing, insurance, taxes, ect., all rolled into one cost.

New customers typically pay immediately following completion of the job. As our relationship develops and some trust is established immediate payments wont be necessary. This just protects me from getting burnt.

There is alot of schooling required by the state of Massachusetts in order to become a licensed plumber, 5yrs of it to be precise. Not to mention the 6hr State Exam that they make extemely hard to pass on purpose. Along with 12hrs/per year of continuing education. Aside from the 5 years of schooling. Im OSHA certified, I also have my Hot Works Certificate and Asbestos Safety Training. Beyond that we specialize in high efficiency boilers such as Navien and Buderus. Which involve weeks and weeks of rigorous training to become a specialist in this field.

I was extremely fortunate to be blessed with the gift of manual dexterity. When combined with my passion to build and create. I decided the trades offered me a more promising future than working for any corporation could! Out of the millions of different careers that i could of chose from. I carefully and strategically planned my future to become a plumber, which is not the case with most of my colleagues in this industry. While all of my friends and classmates were off going to college, I saw a very bright future for the skilled trades. We are told at a young age (by our parents) that college is MUST and its the only viable way to produce a stable income when you become an adult. But this simply isnt true! This myth caused an 80% shortage of men/women going into the trades. This is causing a massive shortage, with the average age of licensed plumber being 58yrs old in the state of Massachusetts. This was a determining factor when I chose this career, as I foresee ample opportunity in my future. After much trial and error, I soon discovered that plumbing is a very difficult trade to get into if you have no personal connections and work experience. Which made me want/believe in it even more… As still, I was determined to become a plumber, no matter the costs. It got to a point where i would go business-business asking the owners and managers if they would hire/sponsor me for an apprenticeship. After alot of searching and so much disappointment, i found a company willing to hire/teach me the trade. After alot of sacrifices I finally achieved my goal of became a licensed plumber in Massachusetts. The truth is very few companies throughout the state of Massachusetts are willing/able to hire inexperienced apprentices. They much rather hire an apprentice that already has their apprenticeship and has some previous work experience. It requires ALOT of work experience 8800 work hours and 5yrs of plumbing trade school, and for the apprentice to be OSHA certified. Massachusetts does not make it easy with all of these requirements. But in the end, overall it was worth it! Im proud to be a plumber and help the general public as we are responsible for the health of the nation.

Most of my client base is made up of loyal repeat customers. I get A LOT of referrals from satisfied customers. I work with many customers/investors with rental properties (both commercial and residential) several bigger contractors and real estate agents.

I really enjoyed installing a 6 zone natural gas forced hot water boiler (seen in photos) for a loyal customer of mine. Start to finish took 2 full work days. Including having my electrician come and wire the new boiler. I was very pleased with the finished product and the way everything came out. The manifold for each zone looked very clean and uniform. If properly maintained, the customer should have un interrupted heat for atleast the next 20-30yrs or longer.

MAKE SURE THEY ARE LICENSED! ALSO INSURED! Proceed with caution, alot of people on this app are NOT licensed or insured. I just dont want to see anyone get screwed over because they were trying to save a few bucks. In the long run it NOTTT worth it.
