My typical process for working with a new customer is to most importantly get to know my customer and learn all of their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My education for HVAC began with attending a Vocational High School and then continuing to attend HVAC programs offered. Completing all required certifications like EPA Universal , NATE Certification ( North American Technician Excellence , OSHA Safety , Hot Works Safety Course and Fall Safety Course. We still continue to attend any and all new courses offered by manufacturers regarding new technology .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began doing this type of work when I was at a very young age watching my father who was an HVAC technician for 30 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with any and all types of customers and can honestly say that all have been a pleasure to serve. I find enjoyment in providing comfort to all families no matter what requests they may have.
