What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Hourly rate for time and material jobs is $120 P/H (20% cheaper than the average rate in the area) Truck travel fee of $45 will apply for all trips Discount rates on parts: Veterans 15% Ages 65+ and Immune compromised Discounts on any UVB/filtration upgrades 20% (Any products related to preventing the spread of disease)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

TEXT or call with introductions and let us know how we can help. If it is a diagnosis I can talk you through some steps to avoid any charges. If needed I can be on site within 24-48 hours.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Vocational school for HVAC-R EPA certified, Refrigeration code, electrical code, geothermal heat pumps, tankless boilers and hot water heaters, Mitsubishi mini split systems, NATE training

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My grandfather is a plumber and my father is an oil technician. It comes naturally.
