What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We talk on the phone and find out what the customer needs. We then schedule a convenient time to meet with the customer and to look at the hvac system. We provide up front pricing with options so our customers can make good informed decisions.

HVAC Tech School Graduate. Business training at Asbury University. Over 40 years' experience in the hvac industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in HVAC/R Tech School in 1979. Graduated top of class.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Designed and installed Custom home installation of High Efficiency HVAC system with all ductwork included. County HVAC inspector said it was some of the best work he has seen.

Make sure they are qualified with references and are licensed with the State of Kentucky and properly insured.
