What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will beat majority of other plumbing companies in town. I am fair but not looking to cut comers in quality of product or services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet go over the project that they have in mind or diagnose their issue then present options that meet their needs and present pricing and let the customer decide what works best for their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a plumber for 20 years. I have done both new construction and service work. For ten years I worked for the largest service company in town as a field supervisor and trainer, teaching others the skills and tricks of the trade.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for my grandfathers company first in my late teens, but before that i grew up around this work. My father was a plumber, both grandpas were plumbers, serval uncles that are or were plumbers. Been around the industry my entire life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds of customers, homeowners with large high end remodels, businesses both large warehouses and smaller store front types, property management companies. Mostly homeowners but all kinds is the answer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Installed a new tankless water heater in a home and recirc line to feed the hot water to the home faster. The project took most of a day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they know what they are talking about and know about the products they are working with and installing,

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Budget, time frame, and to what quality they are looking for when the project is complete.
