Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Upfront & Transparent. We offer discount(s) on Equipment Installation (Maintenance Members) When we perform a Service Diagnostic Call (finding out what part is bad before repair) if you choose us to complete the repair, for our Maintenance Members that Service Diagnostic Call is waived on the Invoice.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Upfront we ask for the usual, Name, Service Address, Email Address and Phone Number. When we come out we wear Shoe Covers and Place floor coverings where we are working (if needed). When it comes to diagnosing a problem, we find the root cause of the issue and not just what is causing the initial symptoms. Typically the root cause almost always ties back to poor installation practices.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
20+ Years in HVAC Industry EPA Universal Certification Certified Trane Dealer Navien-Boiler Training Certificate Triangular Tube Certificate

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I actually started in the Automotive Field as an inspiring Automotive Mechanic. I did not like the environment of the shop I was working at. An old friend of mine started his own HVAC company. I needed some steady work until I looked for a more suitable Automotive Shop to work at. So I ask my buddy if I could be a helper until I found another gig. Well the rest is history!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with homeowners that reside in either Single Family Homes, 2 Flat Buildings, Ranch Style Homes and Townhomes. We also provide Installation and Service for Commercial Projects as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent project I am fond of is the Tankless Boiler with In-Direct Water Heater. Its one of those projects where you can go to the drawing board and be creative with design layout. The difference in space within a basement is awesome to see!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would say my best advice for homeowners is when it comes down to the Installation of HVAC Equipment. The "Installation Process" is hands down the most important aspect when choosing a Service Provider in our opinion. Homeowners getting their HVAC equipment installed improperly typically have higher than average Emergency Service Calls, which we all know can be costly and such an inconvenience!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
This is a tough question because from my experience the HVAC system for most homeowners is a back ground item. Its typically forgotten about until it isn't working properly. I would say nitpick your current systems performance. Do you find yourself fiddling around with your thermostat because you are not comfortable? Once you decide to replace your HVAC Equipment, it should be a good long while before having to replace the HVAC Equipment again. I would also say to take a deep dive into your electrical utility bill and your natural gas bill. HVAC Equipment Installation can be costly, so opting for HVAC Equipment that can help cut costs on your utility bill is a good route to start.
