What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We work hard to make sure that our pricing is fair and competitive! We offer flat rate pricing, and will have all charges approved by you before completing the work!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If your unit is not cooling, we ask that you turn off the unit to let it thaw until we arrive. Upon arrival, we'll conduct a thorough diagnosis, and then walk you through your options for solutions! With your approval, we can generally complete the work at the time of your appointment!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians are very experienced and we continue to train weekly so that we can be sure we're up to date on the most current technology and repair techniques!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started as a family plumbing company in 1978. Our commitment to customer service and honest work has allowed us to grow both in service offerings and size! We are still the same family owned company with the same dedication to top quality service!

Most of our residential system installs take about a day. We can have you cool in no time!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework and read your reviews! We often come behind "fly by night" companies who offer band aids that end up costing the customer more in the long run. All the work we do is backed by our workmanship guarantees and commitment to customer service.

Ask about the big picture - your HVAC system has a major impact on the comfort of your home! Ask: will this problem be back a month from now? If choosing a new system, explore the comfort options that weren't available the last time your equipment was installed -- will the system be loud? Are there options besides blowing full blast and off? Are there safety considerations? What can be done to make my indoor air clean and fresh?
