Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Every project we work on is unique, and so is our pricing. We work with each client on a case by case basis because we know that one size fits all just doesn’t cut it. We can provide quotes up front based on the client’s unique needs and scale to ensure an accurate, fair price. This way, you’re only paying for what you need, and nothing more. And, as an added bonus, we offer discount coupons via our website, so make sure you check there before you call us!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We handle projects of all sizes and scopes, but our initial approach remains the same. We take the time to get to know the customer’s issues and goals for the project so we can tailor our services appropriately. Having restored thousands of homes and commercial properties, we know that things are rarely black and white, which is why we treat each project on a case by case basis. We’ll provide an estimate on the job cost prior to beginning any work so that the customer can make an informed decision.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have worked on restoring over six thousand residential and commercial properties in and around Atlanta. But more importantly, we stay up to date in the industry by attending workshops, seminars, and educational training, because we believe knowledge is power.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We’re a family-owned and operated business so you could say it’s in our blood. We’ve recognized that Atlanta has some true real estate gems and wanted to do our part in transforming them rather than seeing them go waste. We love this city and are helping thousands of clients to keep their properties looking and functioning like new.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We cater to both residential and commercial clients in and around Atlanta. We’ve serviced small homes and apartments all the way up to downtown office buildings and shopping centers. We can provide references and testimonials of our work upon request.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently helped a newlywed couple who had just purchased their first home. Shortly after moving in, they had a pipe burst and the home experienced significant water damage. I was not only able to help them get back into their home within a week but also show them exactly how the problem occurred and what they could look for in the future to prevent issues like this from happening.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I say do your research to know exactly what you are paying for. I’ve met many contractors that don’t take the individualized approach as we do, don’t ask enough questions, and don’t honor their warranties. It’s also important to remember that price isn’t the most important priority. The right contractor will offer a fair price from the start, but more importantly, they will do great work that you can count on, not just a quick fix and never hear from them again.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
They need to start with the end in mind. Think long-term, big picture stuff, because no one wants to deal with the aftermath of a bad decision five or ten years later. If you do it right the first time, your decisions will be cheaper in the long run.
