What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We work Closely with our new and existing clients to provide honest, reliable and affordable services, we itemize our invoices so each customer can understand the billing process easily. Deposits are fully refundable should we fail to provide a service within a timely fashion as we work to meet our clients needs effectively. We employ W2 licensed and insured employees/technicians so you can be reassured you are receiving the services promised by us and backed by us!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have personally been a Master Electrician in the UK for the past 37 years serving my Apprenticeship with the Largest Utility Company SEEBOARD (Now Known as UKPN) I have Completed fully apprenticeship in Commercial and Domestic Works and also a Fully accredited Lighting / Electrical Designer and proud to hold the highest level of degree in electrical engineering under City & Guilds certification and now a Master Electrician in the State of Florida where I proudly manage a team of Engineers as the CEO of Taylor Air & Heat Inc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Career started with Philips Lighting in “The Netherlands” back in 1986 becoming a senior Street Lighting Designer / Electrical Engineer and working around Holland completing Maintenance, design, installations Products I have recently Developed such as Street Lighting Management systems (LOT) have been very popular with Government Clients in the UK and these are currently being marketed in the USA and personally proud to hold the personal patent on this fully integrated system including Web Platform access for our clients to control and monitor our CMS (Central Management Systems) Other Products and services I have had the opportunity to work with is: Electrical Installation Commercial / Domestic Police and Law Enforcement surveillance Cameras Local City / Towns Providing Electrical and Lighting Maintenance 30 years, Contracted to Ministry of Defence (M.O.D) in the UK for Operations Manager for SEEBOARD (Now UKPN) in the UK overseeing 5.8 million Customers to ensure their power is flowing to homes and businesses.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My customer(s) vary widely from residential new young homeowners to retired professionals and investors alike. I take particular interest working with the Public that have current or past involvement in military service, offering further discounts to these individuals that have or are serving their country. I am Proud to be one of these individual’s.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I loved having the opportunity installing a recent HVAC cooling & heating system for a recent client, they were a new homeowner and struggling to make an informed decision until they reached out to us and we delivered on our promises! Naturally the climate is warm in Florida and it was a pleasure to exceed their timeline expectations.
