Yes I have a flat rate system very simple a diagnostic fee find out problem and give repair and price options

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I explain the process of how things work showing the difference in a new parts over a broken one when needed. My explanation and system of options leaves my customers making educated decisions because they have learned something as well

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am state licensed and take part in continuous education making myself knowledgable in all the modern equipment and energy savings. I put myself out there to always learn new and innovative things

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I chose this field, I love my job

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Well I do a lot of gas to oil conversions. Also a lot of high efficiency equipment installs of which I am very fond of because they save my customers money which is my number 1 goal
