We had a client that needed and new heat and air system. They chose us because they trusted us- our price was fair and they could see our quality would be the best they could find. It was the installation of a new system and it took 3 days when we told them it would take 2. That may not sound good until you know that at no extra cost to them, we rebuilt the poor structured platform to be able to provide the best job possible. Finding someone you can trust and provides great workmanship is difficult because every company will tell you that they provide high quality. We do that but we back it up in writing-so find a company that will offer you this IN WRITING!! Here is our promise- “We agree to accept both personal and company responsibility for your 100% complete satisfaction with the materials and the work provided by us and paid for by you. During the first 2 years, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of the equipment, our service, or our people for any reason, we will correct the problem to your satisfaction or we will remove what we installed and refund to you what you feel is fair up to the amount you paid us for that job.” We offer this in writing for every job.
