What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We strive to deliver world-class service at reasonable prices and in the shortest time. The Diagnostics fee is waived if you choose PRO MAX APPLIANCE REPAIR to do the repairs. Our labor fees according to KBB (Kelley Blue Book for Appliances), and we could save you time and money ordering the needed supplies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are a customer-centric business, thus they are our top priority. By phone call or messages we need to know your basic info and the issue with the appliance for the technician to come with any extra tools/supplies if needed. The technician will come to the address, perform diagnostics and inform the client with the issue and repair procedure. Most of our appliances are repaired on the spot, but for some, we need to order extra parts, for them, we have trusted suppliers. If so, one more appointment for installation and we are done!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our techs are self driven and motivated by the passion for electronics, machinery, customer service with precision. We spent majority of our lives, fixing electronics, appliances, vehicles and have a collective experience of 50+ years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started doing appliance repair and service due to high demand for qualified technicians. We love the satisfaction of making your life easier by taking care of the home you live in and love.

Most appliance repairs are completed within a 2 hour period (with exception of those projects, that need additional parts ordered)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Some of the basic questions will be "what is the make and model number?" ..and so it helps to have that information handy. If it's a range or dryer, "Is it gas or electric" and then of course, the daye and time you would like to schedule a visit from a knowledgeable friendly technician.
