Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
-All items and services we offer are priced upfront in our service manual, meaning there will be no hidden charges or fees. -We offer full AC tuneups and Furnace tune-ups for $77 and our diagnostic fee is $77, and we offer New Client Special occasionally.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We first obtain the basic information of the customer, including the phenomenon of the problem, the age of the system, and the recent maintenance. If the problem sounds common, our technicians will directly guide the customer to self-troubleshoot for free. Which can save customers time and money efficiently. If the problem and service cannot be solved by phone, we will make an appointment with the customer for on-site service. Then, while working, we will educate our customers about the problem with understandable language. Our professionals will offer options and the best proper recommendations. And the customer makes the final decision. With us, no guesswork, no hidden prices.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am EPA Certified, have 5+ years of experience as an AC service technician, have an AA degree, and am fully licensed for any HVAC services. I specialize in high-value maintenance, with the most bang for your buck in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My family works in construction in Northern California and they sparked my interest in the home improvement industry. I want to start on my own and I want to do this wholeheartedly. I love helping more families who don't understand the HVAC industry to get the best, most standardized, and most ethical service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Homeowners, Real Estate Agents, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
My proudest project recently was the replacement of the condenser and coil this August. I promised to provide this family with a cool and comfortable home environment within a day. My two workers and I used Twelve hours to complete everything.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Only hire companies or contractors with license numbers! Ask them if they have a certificate of bond insurance. Don't pay until the work is done. Customers have 5 days cancellation right even after signing the contract. Don't buy cheap, this industry can't be cheap. The most expensive thing is buying cheap at the beginning and paying more expensive later to fix. Do more research! Check your system's warranty, usually ten years or a lifetime. Don't do any important installation without a permit, there will be many safety/health risks. A good contractor or technician doesn't use scare tactics.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Numerous American homes have central air conditioning systems that are about 1/4 century old. Many new homeowners know nothing about the industry. Like car maintenance, regular maintenance is required. Twice-year tune-up maintenance is the standard frequency to ensure its more lasting and stable performance. If your system hasn't experienced any service, you'll likely spend a lot of money to fix it, but it's not as cost-effective as a new install. Your licensed technicians have great expertise, they are more than just the workforce. They need at least 4 years of practical experience, and passing licensure exams (trade, mathematics, and law) to be qualified and provide the best service.
