Initially, I started by assisting our company's supply warehouse in the mornings, gaining valuable exposure to HVAC parts and equipment. Subsequently, I transitioned to the field, where I began replacing airflow delivery systems, duct systems, air sealing attics, and insulating attics. Through hard work and dedication, I progressed from these initial tasks to HVAC system installations and eventually to roles as an HVAC service technician and later as an HVAC service sales technician. Along this journey, I also contributed as a field manager, providing guidance and support to technicians in the field. This diverse and comprehensive background in various HVAC roles provided me with a deep understanding of the industry and inspired me to establish my own company, New Era HVAC.
