What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide discounts for disabled, veterans people. Our usual charge is $75 for service calls and it could be deducted if you decide to repair your appliance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually figure out what’s going on with a client’s appliance, schedule an appointment, then show up, diagnose the appliance, give our clients an estimate of repair, then we order parts and finally get it done.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we faced with not properly cooling the Dacor fridge. While diagnostic we figured out that condenser coils needed to be cleaned and the fridge was not properly installed one of the legs didn’t work properly.
