Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I would like for my customers to firmly know that my current prices & discounts are competitive & considerably lower than normal industry standards, in which I'm fair, reasonable, negotiable & ready to work!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Upon working with new customers, I'm highly transparent upon the work that's found & the work that's needed. I try & simplify things & terminology for a customer's understanding by emphasizing & utilizing fair communication skills. and also I take visual photos of all my findings & the performed work once completed

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am currently EPA universal certified & licensed as a commercial HVAC technician/and I'm also LIEBERT certified & trained to work on specialized AC units, systems & controls that are designed to supply & maintain specific cooling temps inside data & I.T. rooms

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started doing commercial HVAC work 13 years ago by changing out return air filters & checking cooling & heating operations & cycles at AC & HP units on commercial building rooftops to making sure they were functional & operating properly

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with property management teams & accounts, building engineers, and as well with private business owners & property owners

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
my most recent (which took 48 hours) was a HVAC project that I assessed, engineered & did for a commercial size building & furniture store. I removed & replaced (2) new industrial size scroll compressors (which were called tandem compressors), (2) new condensing fan motors & fan blades, (1) control circuit board & (2) compressor contactors. Brazed in a liquid line drier & a suction line drier. Brazed in new refrigerant lines into the (2) new compressors. Pressurized for refrigerant leaks, vacuumed & charged unit with 407c refrigerant. system was left running, operating & cooling highly sufficient for the furniture store

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
ask the HVAC technician is he or she transparent with their assessments & the work that needs to be performed...and can they take photos of their assessments & findings and all the work that was performed that rectified the problem

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
In the HVAC industry, a customer should make sure their filters (at their return air) are not plugged with restricting air flow. make sure outside unit coils are rinsed off of extensive dirt & debris build-up which can also restrict air flow. And check thermostat controller for energized batteries.
