What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I quote quite cheap, but do not like to bargain. There is room for discounts, but it got to be for a real reason.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Estimation visit/call eliminates needs and desires of a customer, than I can quote a job. I try to build trustful relationships with everyone, to get hired more often.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Master degree in mechanical engineering.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My granddad worked at the factory, he have taught me trades since little.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly residential properties, with a homeowner or a tenant.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Wiring low voltage at HMMR Hyundai Manufactory. It was a fun project, took almost all summer.

Take material costs in account, collect pictures, schedule ahead.
