What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we have made contact with a new client, we like to walk through their home or business to understand what exactly they are needing. Every client is different and we respect that everyone's needs are not the same. At that point we can give an exact quote based on individual needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a iicrc certified water, carpet, and upholstery technician with years of experience cleaning all types of flooring and speciality projects. There's not much I have not cleaned over the past 30 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of different customers from homeowners to commercial buildings, we do consulting also for companies just needing help training employees on floor care and cleaning procedures.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a company who cares, with people that care. Price is not always the best way to judge a company , sometimes there's a reason for a price difference. Make sure they are insured and are using quality cleaning products.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Well personally I had to find a housekeeper several years ago when my wife passed. I had three teenagers at home and the questions I asked were.. Can I trust them in my home around my family? Will they care for my home like they would their own? Can they be flexible with my schedule? Are they going to listen to my concerns and listen to what I need in my home.
