What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very transparent with pricing. We include exactly what we clean in the description of your work order. Of course there’s additional services we offer but they are completely optional.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To answer all questions before the appointment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of the technicians at TrueDucts have at least 7 years experience in the field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started working for my family in HVAC and transitioned to Duct Cleaning.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have all types of customers and customer service is our number 1 priority. If you are ever unhappy or unsatisfied with the work we can always work out an agreement and make things right.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask for the exact process of the cleaning. The process is very important to make sure you know exactly what you are getting.
