Where possible I try and be very clear about all my business services and the prices I offer payment plans and discount

Try and figure out exactly what the customer needs and if it is something I can't do to be straight to the customer and say to them that this project is out of my area of service and to contact someone else

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The required state regulation the state of Utah as of now doesn't regulate home inspections companies but they do want to know what schools teach the home inspections trade I have certificate from chimney inspection class and home inspections class radon testing class

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to help customers understand the expensive investment they are making and that it is dynamic and not static
