We think giving our customers a professional, value added service with courtesy and integrity is how all businesses should be operated. We do not make commission or try to sell you services you don't need to increase our profit and our prices don't change after we get there. We do what we say we are going to do! Our prices are for a COMLPETE cleaning, not a "basic" cleaning that really doesn't do anything. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer honest and fair prices with no hidden fees. We don't entice potential customers with low prices to get inside their homes then upsell them with more and more services. That's dishonest!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We explain to them how their cleaning will be performed and with what equipment. Ask potential customers some questions about the last time a cleaning was performed, if ever then go through the process of what we do and approximately how long it will take.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have experience in commercial HVAC sequencing installs in commercial warehouses, schools and large buildings as well as 16 years in plumbing skills with a masters rating and 30 years in aviation maintenance with an A&P certification.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Both me and my son were tired of working for others making them money while getting a small slice of the profits. I have been working overseas for the last 10 years and got tired of that. My son is a master plumber by trade but gave that up to pursue commercial HVAC controls. We then decided to open this business, be our own bosses and grow a company from the ground up.

What types of customers have you worked with?

People want value, honesty and integrity in service providers. No gimmicks, no games and they don't want to be taken advantage of. These are the people we work with.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

All of our projects have their own personalities. Giving customers the chance to see how dirty their air ducts are before we start then showing them the finished product and the smile or amazement on their faces is always rewarding!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't fall for the super low price gimmick. If it sounds to good to be true, then it usually is!
