We work with all insurance companies. We do have discounts for self pay customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are a people first company obsessed with customer service. Every situation, we’re completely focused on serving the person right in front of us. Our work doesn’t stop at fixing water, fire, or mold damage. We’re also here to under-stand, comfort, and support the people we help. We live in the communities we serve, and all our work is local. By helping our neighbors through times of crisis, we’re making our community a better place to live. We are in business to help our communities grow.

All technicians are IICRC certified

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a general contractor I missed the personal one on one communication with customers. Restoration 1 provides that skillset.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Remediated a home impacted by mold. The customer and his dog began feeling better afterwards. He began riding his motorcycle and the dog began to play fetch again!
