What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

NEVER HIDDEN FEES, NEVER DESEPTION. THAT IS MY PROMISE. The prices are based on size, time it will take, everybody is charge fairly based on those rules, the customer will always know the price before the jobs gets done, if extra work is needed they will have a really good idea what they are going to pay extra that way they can make an informed decision. Our reviews speak for themselves.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If it’s a commercial customer we always meet with them to walk thru the new building needing to be cleaned then we determine our prices based on time it would take to clean 1 person. If it’s a residential customer we answer their questions over the phone very professionally and set a time to meet and do the work, customer ALWAYS know exactly what the cost will be before we do the work, and in the event of extra cost they will have a very good idea of their cost. NEVER HIDDEN FEES, NEVER DESEPTION. THAT IS MY PROMISE.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been trained by a company called Interlink in SLC Utah, after that believe me 22 years gives you LOTS OF TRAINING. We have an answer for every question a customer may have , we have taken the time to put everything in writing for both our cleaners and our customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I arrived in USA back in 1995 wanting to be part of the American Dream and a good friend introduced me to this kind of business and I saw a great opportunity for me and my family, we started back in 1998 with a very strong commitment for success and it has worked pretty good. IT HAS NOT BEEN EASY, but we are always trying hard to make it happen.

What types of customers have you worked with?

ALL WALKS OF LIFE. Business owners, moms, dads, building managers, busy working people, those who refused to do the work lol, real estate agents, people moving in, people moving out, etc, etc, etc. do you need it clean? HERE WE ARE.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished doing all the floors for Victoria Secret and Pink, it was a great project to be part of for such a great company. Every time we went it took us 4-5 hours to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Its always a great a great idea to meet with the customer face to face that way you know who you are doing business with, ask questions to see if they are fly by night or actual business people, ask for insurance certificate in case something goes wrong.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Can you handle this kind of project? How many people are going to be involved on this project? Are you insured and bonded? Will you provide the supplies? What methods of payments do you accept? Etc
