We deliver premium services at affordable rates which are comparable to our competitors or better. We also run new promotions all the time, to make it an easier process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once scheduled, you will receive an email with the confirmation. We'll call you when we're on our way and meet you at the scheduled time to discuss the project before we begin. This will give you the chance to ask any questions you may have. We'll start by setting up the equipment and running hoses to clean each duct individually. We'll then clean the trunk line, vacuum the furnace, replace filters, and do initial sanitation. If you choose to request a home inspection instead, we will inspect the entire home from top to bottom, checking off each area as we go and creating a detailed report to review along with recommendations. Regardless of which service you choose, we will complete the job quickly, thoroughly, and affordably. You will receive a color report and recommendations for guaranteed peace of mind. How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been in the inspection business for almost a decade. This has allowed us to see many problems throughout the homes. What we found is that the answers to fixing many of these defects, was either priced too high, or the quality was too low. So we partnered with one of the nation's top home maintenance companies to develop the best maintenance services, at reasonable rates.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Customers call us when they buy a new home, have a baby, install a new furnace, or have a lot of pet hair, allergies, smells, or recent construction. Ultimately, people call us when they are worried about the air they breathe or the air flowing through their furnaces.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently cleaned the air ducts in a home that a young couple was moving into the next day. They were concerned about allergies, and new the previous owner had dogs and didn't want any issues. Once we got set up and got to work, it was apparent why they had such bad allergies. The ducts were almost completely full of dog hair, dirt, and debris. We had to change out the vacuum bags and run the ducts 3 or 4 times each, but in the end, they were clean. We left that job knowing they would breathe easier and enjoy their home more than ever thanks to our efforts to deliver premium customer satisfaction they would sleep soundly for many nights to come.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to ask what method they use, many popular methods are designed for smaller homes. Also, check their reviews. just blowing some air into the vents isn't going to do a good job or be thorough, you need to drive the air line all the way into the ducts. Then make sure they are cleaning the trunk link. This is where a lot of this dirt builds up, but never is seen, and an inexperienced technician might skip it. More money doesn't mean better, cheaper doesn't mean worse. With us you get the job done right, at the right price.
